This family was just awesome to photograph. Each girl had a totally unique personality which was just an absolute pleasure to capture on camera. We got some sweet, some sassy and everything in-between!!
It feels like just yesterday I visited this newborn little boy and his lovely parents…and here he is just turning 4. How does time go so fast?! I’ve absolutely loved seeing him grow over the years and capturing his milestones. I sometimes have to pinch myself to remind myself that this is real life…I really have this job…I really have these amazing clients…gosh how lucky I am!!
As we planned this birthday session, mom wanted two things. Water and sun. This location could not have been more perfect. I loved watching him play, I loved watching the light change, I loved playing with him, his parents and the amazing light the sky offered us that evening. We’ve been trying for a sunset session for years and the weather gods finally smiled on us this year. Everything about this session makes my photographer heart happy…
See you soon guys!! xoxoxoxo
These three girls are beyond gorgeous…both in looks and personality. It makes me almost wish I had considered just. one. more…
Fall is officially in full swing! The year is winding down quickly and my calendar is jam packed with fun stuff between now and then! For those of you who still want a 2015 session, here is what is left…
Holiday Minis – sold out
Weekday Bundles: Lots of flexibility with these!
And because no blog post is complete without an image, here is fall favorite from last year. :)
I have been photographing this family for three summers now and every session I think “how can next year possibly be any better!?” and somehow, it always is. This family is full of so much personality it’s impossible not to capture amazingness every time I pull my camera out around them. Couple that with one of the most amazing locations I have ever shot in, and this session just makes my photographer heart very, very happy. Thanks as always for an amazing evening guys!!!
I could write a book about this family. You know when you meet someone and it’s like this instant love? And you quickly wonder how you ever managed through your life without them? I love Jaime for so many reasons, but mostly for her laugh…and her ability to always make those around her laugh. So it’s no surprise that her daughters are equally as amazing as she is. Oh, and Dave isn’t so bad himself. :) I mean, he had the good taste to marry one of the best women and moms I have the pleasure of knowing. I feel so flipping blessed to have been trusted to capture this amazing family…and to have them in my life. Love you guys!!!!
There is no better feeling than watching my clients grow year after year. I’ve know Maddie (big sis) since she was a pea in her mommy’s tummy…and to squeeze that 5 year old tightly as she jumps into my arms at the start of each session is exactly why I do what I do. The relationships I’ve made over the years with my clients, watching their families grow and knowing that I’m a part of something special…I couldn’t have asked for a better job in the world. And these two girls…gosh how I love them.
These two may be one of my all time favorite siblings to photograph time and time again. They have a perfect mix of sweet and spunky and simply, are just a blast to flipping photograph!
It’s amazing how much can change in six short months since I last saw these two. Every time I think they can’t be cuter, they are. I mean, could these two produce more adorable children?! Seriously!!!
After checking my weather app every stinkin’ hour for 24 hours straight, I ignored the 59% chance of storms and forged ahead with the mini sessions my clients (and me!) had been looking forward to for weeks. SO glad we did too! Except for a few rumbles of thunder here and there, and the 93 degree sweltering heat (thank god they were just minis!), we had an awesome afternoon and I got to meet some of my favorite clients as well as a few new ones. Say hi to a new addition to the Kidography family! Though the way these kids smiled and laughed with me, I felt as if I’ve known them for years. Have I mentioned lately how much I love my job?!
