With the first day of fall now here, I’m so sad that this is my last “summer” blog post for 2016. But man, we went out with a bang! The moon and stars aligned for us this night. I was slightly panicky for a split second as the sun dipped behind the mountains leaving us in full shadow (as I always am even though I know darn well this is some of the best light of the entire day!), but we were having so much fun we didn’t even wrap up until someone shouted “look at the moon!”, at which point, we ran across the road (safely) to try and catch a few more images before we lost all the light. I must have said “ok, just ONE more about a zillion times.” But I am so flipping glad my clients trusted me and played along. The result was SO worth a pair of exhausted children!!
